"Although my property did sell through Hubbell's, it was probably the easiest commission they ever made. The "for sale" sign was never adjusted to show either "under contract" or "pending", and even though it has closed, it still is on the property as "for sale". They showed it to exactly one couple, who did buy it. Although the salesman talked about having an open house for other realtors, that never happened. And on the MLS website showing properties sold, they claim it sold for a lot more than what it did, while THEIR website still shows it as being for sale! The amount shown was countered twice before we agreed on sales price. And the salesman never contacted me again after we had gone to contract... seems like it would have been courteous to have a follow-up call, at least! Thankfully the buyers were good people and we had no issues, but definitely not happy with lack of service from Hubbell's!"
