"Double wide sale the seller couldn’t find or get the ID number. This was not brought up ti I paid for an appraisal. Now the realtor is lying saying she said something bs. She didn’t say anything till I approached her ,then the seller tried to find it. I lost $750 because of ignorance not on my part . Then the realtor lies and tries to say she mentioned it earlier which is a lie. That’s why after I showed her the bank papers saying it was missing and the other information they needed from it she said the seller is looking and hired a company. I don’t like liars, and the realtor should of checked this before putting on the market. I will let all know of my experience and how she is lying to put the blame on me . Never deal again with this company!!! Oh yes I have phone text and emails to prove it was after the appraisal that this came out and also the realtor several times said well we thought he had it in the papers and just twisted that abit when she said it at least four times. I might just take it to small claims . I’ve been told this is the sellers responsibility But I will make sure this gets around so it doesn’t happen to others!"
