"A relaxing quirky motel on big beautiful expansive property with a pretty in ground pool by big old tires. It’s not fancy in any way, but it’s extremely relaxing, tranquil, and a short drive to everything. Denise, the manager, couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. She allowed us to do a 10:00AM early check-in without additional charge, and when we checked out, she said we were welcome to stay for the rest of the day and use the beach pass until 8PM."

"The room was dirty. I stepped out of the shower and the bottoms of my feet were already dirty from the floor. They put our name on the front office door and the window to our room and left the light on and room door unlocked. The toilet tank lid didn’t match the rest of the toilet. Lumpy pillows. They definitely cleaned and dressed up the room for the pics. The lady who worked there came across as sarcastic and slightly rude. Would definitely find another accommodation next time but it was kind of a late booking and nothing else in the area that one night."

"Ones we complained to owner's daughter that Denisse was not treating us well, she retaliated by constant picking, than anounced we no longer welcomed in Hamlet Inn as guests. Night before the storm was coming and she asked us as a favor to arrange the sofas on the patio and cover them with tarp, wich we did. She has passive/aggressive spitful behaviour and doesn't appeciate return guests."

"Denise was a wonderful hostess - she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. She took the time to mark up a map of the best places to eat and activities to do - all from a native hamptonite's perspective. Denise also was very gracious with our check-in and check-out times, allowing us to come in early and leave later. The staff were friendly and the facilities were very clean. A real gem of a find!"

"The receptionist is extremely rude. She called me honey! And they kept us waiting- first said a few minutes then 1 hour later after I order food old lady said go for lunch! She is also hates animals! She said keep your dog off the grass and keep on the leash!!! “she’s a sweetest btw a mini poodle-7 pounds!” And yet she said ticks they have!!! Hey! they’re also not good for human beings!!! I had to leave after wasting my time on my vacation with frustration!!do not go stay there."
