"Lenny Simonetti is a thief. I rented a house from him at Exit Realty All Pro in Bay Shore. He charged me a $2600 fee. Since taking possession of the house on June 1, 2024, the electricity has gone out over a dozen times and the fuse box emits sparks. The hvac does not work. There is no hot water. The deadbolt is broken. I asked to have my $2600 returned to me due to this house being dangerous and uninhabitable. He yelled "take me to court" and hung up on me. Do not have any business dealings with this crook."
