Consistently jacking up rent, and regularly issues unexpected taxes/property adjustments/beautification costs. No community here - just greed. Greenlawn plaza had several long-term rentals and was anchored by Chase bank - it's quickly becoming entirely vacant as businesses are forced to close or move out."
