"I had the unfortunate experience of attempting to buy a condo that was being sold by this company in Brooklyn earlier this year. Neither us nor our buyer's agent had ever seen such unprofessional realtors in our lives. They didn't know I spoke Chinese, and were openly calling us names when they thought we couldn't understand (names too vulgar to type out here, mind you). They tried to stop our inspector from doing his job, and tried to stop us from asking him questions during the inspection, constantly saying "let him do his job!" despite HIM requesting that we ask him questions as he worked. When a boiler was clearly old, they claimed it had been replaced recently but naturally had no receipts to back it up or a number to contact. When we asked to have furniture in the apartment moved so that we could actually inspect the walls and floor (there had been a lot of water damage), they told us "not to ask stupid questions." It all came to a head when we finished the inspection and were willing to pay. They concealed upwards of $50,000 that the owner had accrued in unpaid water bills and common fees, which we found out about by interviewing the building manager. After this they ghosted us completely - we reached out to their boss who was appalled at all of the behavior thus far. We'd been very excited to buy the property, but were ultimately turned off by their unprofessional attitude and repeated attempts to deceive buyers interested in properties they represented. STAY AWAY!"
