"I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tru By Hilton Hotel in Brooklyn NY, and it was an experience that truly lived up to its name. The hotel is perfectly situated with short proximity to New York City, offering easy access to major Brooklyn & NYC attractions, shopping districts, and fine dining establishments. The room was spacious compared to other NYC hotels, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a high-end refreshing toiletries. The cellar floor is a different world in this hotel, its a instagram place, I also enjoyed the decent fitness center, pool table with and some board games available for guests at the front desk. These facilities added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. The combination of luxurious accommodations and prime location made it a perfect choice for both business and leisure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great new hotel experience."
"Mediocre hotel that is entirely overpriced. New build yet shower has mold and poor finishing. Breakfast is really lame and all plastic/paper products. For 300/night you'd think they could do dishes and be slightly environmentally conscious. Food options were low quality, limited. Pancake machine didn't work half the time so kids couldn't have pancakes. Coffee in a thermos and water for tea tasted like coffee bc they accidentally put coffee in the water thermos. Coffee was full of coffee grinds. It's lower quality coffee and good than you get at a deli by far. The quality just does not match the price. Room cleaning only every two days. The owners are cutting so many corners for profit. Staff were lovely and are working hard. They are clear understaffed."
