"On March 27,2024 at 5:40pm I went to view an apartment and because I was running behind the agent that was showing the apartment was very nasty towards me. I had to leave my children on the first floor while the apartment was on the 3rd floor. I was told I had to take my shoes off I had to do a quick walk through of the apartment. The agent kept rushing me. As we were walking down the stairs to leave I fell down the last step. In the building of the apartment, there was a grey garbage bin there. When I fell I tried to avoid hitting my head on the garbage bin. I fell forward into the door. The agent didn’t ask me if I was alright nor did he try to help me up. When I did get up and opened the door, he brushed right past me and walked to his car. I sent Mr Parker an email and he have yet to respond to my email regarding this incident. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I’ve been in pain ever since"
