"My wife and I agreed on a 3 percent brokers fee with the broker Moheed Oasman only to find out the broker was a liar and theif and because he had personal problems he was unable to attend the closing the lawyer issued a 5 percent brokers fee i believed he would refund me the overpayment he received because i thought he was a man of his word but he lied and said we agreed on a 5 percent fee very unprofessional i would not recommend doing business with this individual or the Real estate agency he works for"
