She will fight for you to close in less than 3months if she can make it happen she will. If things get difficult when selling or closing on a home or co-op apartment she is a shark. I was so impressed with her follow up calls, emails & texts each week. Agatha does it all with such grace & professionalism. She is extremely intelligent, great with numbers, contracts & negotiating. I went through 4-5 real estate agents prior to working with her. Agatha being a broker should have been my first choice as she does it all. As a broker verses a real estate agent she has the capacity to list with other agents which is a great marketing tool to list your home/ apartment on a larger scale giving you more exposure. Agatha will send you weekly reports with actinal numbers of foot traffic for each open house. I didn't meet Agatha until closing however she made me feel I was her only client & made me feel at all times I was her top priority when I know she had several clients, Her emails were detailed each week with foot traffic information including colored graphs with demographic information. If she had a potential buyer she followed up on each one and their questions. She was always assertive & her closing mind set was always on, making it happen 24/7. I never had to feel if she was working diligently on finding a buyer because she was so determined for both of us. We spoke in October by December she had a buyer. It was crazy when none of the other 5 real estate agents could do what she did. Prior to Agatha we got excuses after excuses why our moms co-op wasn't selling. Mom has Dementia so this was already a stressful time. Agatha made me feel like family the way she cared & knew how important selling moms co-op in Forest Hills was. She spoke on our behalf when dealing with the board of trustees, the other side attorneys & how persistent she was remarkable & incredible. We also had a real estate firm who pride themselves on making YouTube videos & using social media advertising as their brand & platform that I thought that was a way to go. "Agatha is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and home pricing. She is extremely organized and at our first meeting came armed with tons of information which showed she did her homework. She also did a wonderful job marketing the house with her photographer - pictures were fabulous. You can tell she puts a lot of work into her listings. There were many showings and she worked hard to accommodate all the prospective buyers with their schedules. Agatha is very professional and responsive - never more than a few minutes before you get a response no matter how you contact her.
