"This office is not even good for finding apartments and not for doing notary services. When I go to look for apartments, there is only one person who speaks Spanish and she is not very communicative. And when I need the notary, he is never there. I have already asked several times to find out if he had arrived and he never arrived. They told me at 10:30 in the morning or 11 in the morning and he never arrived. It is an agency that is really not effective for the community."
