"Called about a week ago to inquire about a rental that was on their website and I do have to say who ever their admin is has an extremely CONDESCENDING and RUDE demeanor to her. The way she answered the phone and they way she was asking me questions was DISGUSTING. This area that they serve is a very congested area with many great realtors and realtor offices, she said she was passing on the information and have someone call me back about the rental. Never heard from anyone. Regardless I moved forward with another office and they were AMAZING. Who ever the broker is to this office need to check on how the admin treats a potential client, maybe give her some phone training or a script to go by so she can create a good potential relationship between realtor and client. Now I know that for a home purchase, this would be the last place I would think of calling."
