"I wish I could give this place no stars. I visited with a friend and was greeted with the basement flooding. Go into the aparment and sewage is backed up in the tub. It is a disgrace. The Superintendent is lazy and does not properly care for the property. Do not move into one of their units. The State of New Jersey needs to take legal action against this company because their rental units are uninhabitable. I was so happy to return home to North Carolina. Run do not lease when you see Platinum Realty! The name is deceptive!"
"I saw the segment on news12 this morning concerning the non operational elevators in the Castle appartments. news12! why aren't you pushing the issue. PRM, you're awaiting a part to repair? Put out an email address or other contact info. I know people in the elevator industry that may be able to help."
"I currently live in a property that is managed by this company. The property manager is unprofessional and fails to identify basic safety hazards until threatened with legal action. Several complaints about noises among other things have been made and nothing is ever resolved. Outside premises looks like trash because there is nothing but trash everywhere. Very poor management and professionalism . Stay far away from a property managed by this company!!"

"I currently lease an apartment in Central NJ, that is managed by this company. My apartment is listed as having central air conditioning. However, my central a/c has not worked since June 2017. Every year, I've asked my leasing manager when this will be fixed. And every year, I've been told that it is on corporate. Well, corporate has not responded. And this is ridiculous. My next step will be to visit an attorney, and discuss putting future rent payments into escrow, until this is resolved."
