"Ronnie brokered an apartment at 2127 27th street in Astoria and the building is poorly maintained...I worry for my daughter because there are two entrances into the building, front and side. The side entrance used to have a cheap bolt lock, but it broke months ago and the super has not replaced it. By law, a building should have doors that open to the outside and have self-locking doors. Prior to the cheap bolt lock breaking, the door was kept propped open with a brick, even overnight. I have attached photos:"
