I wonder if Gene is managing it any more. Rutherford is a small town so bad reviews hurt business and there are a few poor reviews posted here. I see a "review" by Gene Rochet with 5 stars. Doesn't he work there and that makes it a bit biased?"
"Very curt and rude when asking simple question about a property when referred by one of their own employees to call about. When I asked why both the receptionist and the owner (supposedly) were so short with me I got "We have been in business for over 50 years and will be in Rutherford longer than you will ever." Please work on your basic customer service. Update 1/31/20: my realtor representative got the same "hang up" experience with the supposed owner this AM. Very shady and rude."
