"I have an ongoing case with Juan Martinez and Penelope Cruz, their communication is a tick and tack to each other. I am still owed $2500 for a rental that failed inspection from section 8 since 2020. Penelope stated that I wasn't going to get my money back just like that just because I said so. Hmm, smh! who said? She was out of line, so I kept calling, texting them and asking for them, until I took this matter to court they played with my time, energy, and money, it's very exhausting add on in my life at the time of COVID and trying to move. I finally got a great agreement from claim court hoping it fully comes to my hands soon because they didn't show up for court hearing and their office now is across the street with another name and address. These people did it to many people including my neighbor and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. People keep your receipts and never give money upfront, let them wait for section 8 don't get desperate to keep an apartment if it's meant for you, it will be. The judge granted me more than they owed as they should, but it doesn't add up to what they put me through and the wait time. I was obligated to give this place a one star to leave a review, they definitely don't I am going to verify with business bureau about these people as I did report them..."

"I went to this place and was taken to see an apt but was denied because the REALTOR Juan Wanted a deposit to hold the apt until my paper work for a transfer was complete.....very unprofessional and I feel I was being taken advantage of because I didn't speak Spanish do not rent from this man"
