"I had a horrible experience working with Jennifer Onomo and Harold at the century 21 office of castle hill. My first conversation with Jennifer I told her I needed to sell my house (928 wheeler avenue) as soon as possible and after dragging a contract out for 6 months they couldn’t sell my house. From the beginning Jennifer was vetting offers and not telling me about them. She constantly said there was an offer but it was being run through her bank to make sure it was a good offer which didn’t make sense since the buyers were coming preapproved. Originally the house was listed at 690k and she reduced the price to 649k without even telling me. Her communication was awful. She constantly had a broken phone or said she didn’t get calls or messages. From September 2021 when the house was put on the market we entered a contract end of November 2021 and it was her own buyer from her own office. I believe she was declining offers because she wanted to keep the commission in house. She never told me she was representing the buyers until I realized it when she came with them for the appraisal. The only reason we even accepted the contract was because Harold convinced me to go with this buyer rather than start new and I told him the only condition was that I no longer wanted to communicate with Jennifer. I was desperate to sell. From December 2021 to April 2022 Harold communicated minimally reassuring that everything was moving forward but in reality he was stalling. I came to find out in April 2022 that the buyers were denied their loan because they co-signed on a family members loan. Harold assured me in the middle of March 2022 that the closing date would be set within days and I moved all my things in storage. Needless to say weeks later all he could say to me was “sorry”. For me to get the final information from him in April about the deal being terminated I had to threatened to call the board because he stopped answering my calls. I also threatened to call the board when I asked him to remove my listing about 4 times after the deal fell through. He had relisted my house at that point for over 700k once again without consulting me. Do not use this office or Jennifer and Harold as agents !!!! They lack professionalism, honesty, efficient communication and were deceitful. They wasted my time and money."

"This company is a TRUE scam and they allow incompetent, obnoxious, disloyal, and dishonest individuals to represent and work for them. Elvis, who represented the landlord I originally dealt with and is a realtor with Future Home Realty, spoke nastily to me, did not communicate accordingly, and lied on me in his communications with the landlord and broker. Overall, he did not represent me or the company well. I signed a lease, submitted all of my paperwork, and they even checked my credit but because Mr. Elvis Joseph was called out for his lack of communication and incompetence, he convinced the landlord to revoke his offer. No one deserved the treatment that I experience with this company. Don’t waste your time. If I could give no stars that would’ve been even more sufficient."
