"I was lied to about neighbor downstairs being a professional business lady single mom with no boyfriend . And this is the reality I got , the first week there was a break in at her apartment in which I was questioned by a detective for 30 minutes. She actually is a professional dancer and escort and I have the pictures to prove it from her booking agency. She has a live in boyfriend & there has been countless fights and 1 fight where I had to break up cause her 2nd child was banging on my door to save his mom. I have been called by 3 different NJ organizations regarding them and now the boyfriend has threatened me stating I called them. Please do your due diligence before renting from them as they will lie to you just to get their commission"

"Ridgeco was the builder of one of the new townhouse development areas. The project manager over there was not great at all. Their sub almost change the whole kitchen layout from what was on the site plan. I had to call Ridgeco for them to know what was going on. We also had agreed to put in the grass in a mulched area (in the contract) but they never did. Ive called them numerous times and left voicemails, but there was no return call. Please don’t work with these guys. They develop a good amount of homes in Bergen county…if you are going to work with them, dont buy their homes that have not been finished yet. Terrible service."
