"This place is horrible, especially when it comes to any kind of Program holders, please be aware of these two brokers named Peter and Kelvin. These two lied the entire time about an apartment. The end of story Kelvin strung me along, and to my surprise the apartment was rented to another occupant, after He told me my application was approved and the apartment was mine. A huge let down to my children and myself. I understand there’s a stigma attached to program holders, not everyone on them is a blood sucking leach and I actually work two jobs. These men lied the entire time. I found out by calling the landlord myself and he informed me that the apartment was already rented, instead of Kelvin telling me, he didn’t even say sorry for wasting my time. Deal with anyone else other than Kelvin or Peter they are both liars! I would’ve gave zero ⭐️’s but 1 was the lowest I can go. Everyone should be treated equally !"

Happy to say it was the best decision I've ever made. She listened to my needs/concerns and did everything possible to help me get exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond to make this experience enjoyable for both me and my significant other. It was especially great because this was his first experience moving out on his own and she ensured he felt comfortable through the entire process and answered any questions/concerns. I will definitely be back here once we are ready to purchase a home."
