"I wanted to give these people a chance in spite of the negative reviews but they are participating in Income and racial steering. I've sent requests for numerous apartments No response to apartments I'm actually interested in but for 1 viewing on dekalb ave in the bronx that I never requested to see.I did go to the apartment may 20.The apartment was disgusting Corona bottles and trash littered all over the floor. The area were the building was there were people just hanging out blasting music in the middle of the day on the street. I have a 18 year daughter who will attending college in the fall I can't have her passing that.Also as I was about to leave a women mentioned she saw a rat in the building. I traveled from 41st all the way to dekalb ave(which is a extremely long way) on a warm day just to see a trash apartment in a bad neighborhood. I just saw a apartment that I inquired about that just rented.I was never given the chance to see that apartment. I've even reached out through email to see if they had other listings no response. I believe they show people with vouchers 1 nasty apartment so they say we did show the person an apartment so it won't appear their participating in disminatory behavior.These people are contributing to homelessness. It's really a shame you have people with vouchers who could make good tenant's if given the chance. My last residence I was there 15 years."
