"Nobody answers phones, texts, or voice mails. Multiple contacts to multiple agents. Why are you in business?"
"Ninguém atende o telefone… oq mais dizer?"
"This company is very irresponsible I do not recommend them at all, they only care about your money and then they ignore you, they were responsible for the building where I live for a while and they were very irresponsible. think twice before working with them, I don't recommend them."
"Very irresponsible business, I live in a house that they management, and they don't care about your problems, I have 1 week that my sink from the kitchen broke and they haven't send no one to fix it, the neighbors from downstairs are complaining because the liking and they don't even care, if you need the services from a real state, do not use this one because you going to suffer from migraine every time that you have a problem."
"I strongly discourage any renter from using LandSeAir. They are incredibly unprofessional and rude. I am a Fordham student who as rented from them during the 2019-2020 school year. I can list a multitude of occasions that they have invaded my personal space and treated me with a lack of respect. I would also warn Fordham students to be wary as they know their demographic and target students to make quick money. You will have to pay a brokers fee for a realtor who simply unlocks a door and to walk around an apartment for 5 minutes, often times filthy. Once you agree to an apartment they will harass you via text and email every day that you must get your deposits in and your fees paid or they threaten that you will lose the apartment. While I understand you can lose an apartment if a deposit is not put down, they begin this harassment within 24 hours of agreement. To rent the apartment for the following year you must re-lease by January. Which is very early for many students who may not know what their living situation is. I was trying to fill my apartment as I had a roommate leaving and my realtor harassed me via text every day for about two weeks saying I needed to give him an answer, until I finally just quit and wanted to move out. Then COVID-19 happened. I went home for spring break with intentions of returning to the Bronx, however the situation worsened and I had to remain home. My lease began June 1st and was described as a 12 month lease. So to my dismay I was getting texted by my realtor that I must move out by May 27th. I put in a request for a 4 day late move out extension so I could move directly into my new apartment beginning June 1st, but was denied because they simply “were not granting late move outs”. I was then told if I do not move out by May 27th I would lose my security deposit. It is absurd to me that a late move out of 4 days could not be granted considering their clientele. All of us living in the apartment were Fordham students and a group of Fordham students were moving in after us. The treatment I received was shocking considering we paid full rent during a pandemic in which we we did not legally have to pay. I then filled out a move out survey listing my move out dates and plans. The company still harassed me through texts and emails asking me my move out dates and times, after I already responded to their survey. I received texts, phone calls, and emails every week leading up to my move out and even the day of. Each time I responded and they would still text me the following week. This company is looking for fast money and targets the student community in the Bronx due to their naievty. It is now July and I still have not received my security deposit back or my over payment on rent. I have had to have phone calls and emails with them back and forth asking for the money and I am still waiting. I finally received my money back in August, I am posting this review again as it seems LandSeAir removes any review that does not review them favorably. I would warn any student against using LandSeAir."
