"I wish there was an option to leave no stars. I never wrote a review because I was taught if you have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything at all. Unfortunately, I received a reminder to review the Exit, so now I feel obligated. As a first-time homebuyer, I think they are the worst company to hire because they will take you as a sucker. Unfortunately, they did see two suckers coming in my wife and I. Not only did they charge us an extra 4000 dollars for exclusive care, they colluded with another Exit agent to sell us a carcass of a house that they couldn't sell. Since the previous owner was a contractor, he was able to cover up the damages. I told the Exit agent that we needed a basically new because I was not a handyman. I may as well told him I wanted a handyman special. Let's just say they sold me a house where every inch of it has to be fixed. From roof to fences, bathrooms to plumbing, electricity to grounds. Everything seemed to have been put together with saliva. Run from away, stay at the exit at Exit. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy. The agent was wolf in sheep clothing."
