"This is the rental company that manages Adelaide Gardens in Highland Park. All residents seem to know that there are rodents in the building. I reported it to the super immediately when I saw a mouse/rat in my apartment, the exterminator was called in eventually, and I got a notice in my mailbox asking me to pay for the exterminator visit. The notice mentioned roaches - there are no roaches in my apartment, and the exterminator was not called for roaches."

"I’ve never felt so humiliated and degraded in my life! Joyce is unprofessional, lacks people skills and is RUDE beyond explanation. This lady gave me a migraine with all her yelling! To say she’s just old, miserable and ignorant would be an understatement! She gets a kick out of intimidating you and making you feel small. She stereotypes you based on race, insults your character and makes a seen in front of the entire office and tenants. She also makes comments such as "You need me, I don’t need you! You can get out" One thing about those tables, they do turn!"

"I cannot speak for their other properties, but the one I reside in is poorly managed. And that's saying it nicely. They just don't care. It is not Maintained properly especially when it snows. If you call & complain nothing is taken care of. We are trying to move to out but at this time it has been difficult with all that is going on. I would not rent from this company ever again."

"Everything about this company is terrible. Refuse to fix things. The super is impossible to get in contact with and when you can he just ignores your requests. They posted eviction notices on my door when my rent was paid. They have cut down every tree in my complex for no good reason. And now they have turned the heat on already when the temperature is almost 80 degrees forcing me to put the air conditioning on and run up my PSEG bill. The woman in the office is a complete waste of human life. DON'T RENT FROM HERE. Oh and there is roaches in the laundry room rendering it unusable."
