"TOTAL SCAM!! Owner Austin Jacobs looks like a legit Real Estate broker, and does have a permit on this name and company, but do nót trust them. They asked for payslips which was all fine. Tour at apartment was not possible because 'vacation rental/air bnb'. Got a rental agreement sent and signed this. Payed for the apt 2500+1000 deposit. Few days later they tell me a different person had offered 3 months in advance instead of my one month. I could get the apt if I payed another month. Which is totally unfair after both signing a contract. I did not agree and told them I wanted my refund. They were going to refund me but after that no more pick up the phone or hanging up as soon as they hear it is me. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE"
