"In summary, I had great experience with John Rotta, so I would highly recommend him to friends and family that are looking for a real estate agent. I was looking to buy an apartment in Westchester, NY, so my cousin introduced me to Margarita from KW Realty Group, who helped him with his previous purchase. Margarita was extra nice and she connected me with John, who then helped me throughout the whole process. This was my first real estate purchase, so I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know how to go about it. As a first step. John outlined the whole process and answered all my questions, which had me relax as I realized that I am in good hands. John then helped me set up apartment search goals and started sending me available properties that met my criteria. In the meanwhile, John helped me prepare preliminary documentation that would be needed to prove that I meet typical Coop/Condo requirements in the area, which are mostly financial records. John introduced me to Christian Babcock from LoanDepot to help me with mortgage and to Sam Shusterhoff from The Shusterhoff Law Firm to provide legal services. Both Christian and Sam were great, and they have done this many times before with John, so the three of them had a seamless workflow from start to finish. John then started showing me apartments that I was interested in, and shortly afterwards, I found what I was looking for, perhaps even a better apartment than what I was looking for. John coordinated the offer and all other documents for the seller. After we agreed, then the whole team got involved, and there were tons of documents to provide and sign. John stayed on top of the whole process and also helped me with the Coop application and approval, which wasn’t easy, but he made it easy for me. I believe that John is an excellent real estate agent, and I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been handled better. Not only did he get the job done without any issues, but he made it as painless as possible for me. He was always available if I needed anything and he was always polite, friendly, and with a smile, which felt like a VIP service. On the personal level, John is a very likable guy, full of positive energy, and I felt like I knew him for years. It was truly a pleasure doing business with John. If I am in need of a real estate agent in future, I will contact John Rotta again."
