"I have had such an amazing experience with Giacco signature properties. I dealt with everyone from that office and they have all been very knowledgeable and they were there for me through every step of the home buying process. I just read the most recent review on here and I must say that the person must not be knowledgeable about real estate. A pre approval is not a guaranteed approval and does not guarantee the bank will approve your loan. When I bought my first house I had to provide all the information that they are asking for, this is common practice so I don’t know what this person is complaining about. I would highly recommend Giaccio Signature Properties if you are looking for your forever home!"

"The worst realtors I have encountered. They are either racist or very unprofessional. The broker Donnamarie talked down to me and was downright rude. I was making an offer on a property they had listed, they wanted me to provide them with proof of funds even though I had the verified preapproval from Wells Fargo and my offer wasn’t accepted yet. I told them I am verified and the bank already has all my financials and they said well then it shouldn’t be a problem showing to them. Why would I provide anything to the realtors before the offer is even accepted. Then they made a big issue with the preapproval amount on my letter and completely disregarded the offer I wanted to make saying they have to go with the amount on the preapproval as the offer amount. I have bought and sold several properties and own a few as wel and never have I encountered such an unprofessional and rude broker Donnamarie and realtor Maria. Needless to say I pulled my offer and donot wish to do business with this establishment and especially these women !"
