"The agent assigned to me didn't follow through on things she said she was going to do. For example I asked her to change the search criteria on properties and she didn’t. She also told me she would send me off market listjngs and did not. She told me she'd get more information on a property and "visit on my behalf" and she did not. She sometimes took several days to reply to emails. She only answered emails once a day. She said she was full time when I asked so I don't understand her behavior or the empty promises. She acts so polite and innocent but is full of hot air. I found much better services elsewhere."
