"This place is hit or miss depending on who is working. There is no consistency with care levels day to day. Sometimes we walk in and the staff are happy, patients are being cared for and other days the place smells and workers are slowly wondering around and cell phone in their hands. There are some FANTASTIC people here who genuinely care but it's the slack off staff that ruin it. Yes it is warmer than normal, the elderly and patients healing need to be warm and sometimes they have trouble regulating their temps. The wait times for care after ringing the bell varies depending on the staff, most days people are in here quickly and other days very slow. Just check on your family if they are here and be friendly to the staff."

"Rehab - Gordon unit Terrible place . Wait hours before changing patients out of urine and recess soaked clothing and or bedding . Never check on patients EVer, take 45 min to answer nurse alarm . Claim there is a dr Cooley year seem s to only prescribes via tele and never comes to the actual nursing home in person !! No contact number for such dr either . Staff constantly lies. Is 100 degrees in there completely breeding ground for germs so hot even nurses are complaining . I could go on and on"

"Husband was at Lutheran for rehab in a skilled nursing floor as he was recovering from ulcer sores on both heels. Rehab was good but definitely WOULD NOT recommend placing a loved one in thus facility for long term. Thank God for the weekend staff!!"

"Thanks to the entire staff of Lutheran Home Administration. Gordan unit staff were very nice as my sister had to do her rehabilitation there 6 to 9 weeks it's going on her 2nd week she's progressing slowly but surely GOD is an awesome GOD we give you all the honor and praise thanks to all. They let us be there for my sister's healing."
