"Terrible experience with this company. They installed a new air conditioning and heating unit in my co-op last August. When I turned on the heat over the winter it was not blowing hot air. When they came to check it they said I need a new coil. This is a brand new unit so they said I need a bigger coil. I have since called them several times to talk to someone to see what I need to do only to be told someone would call me back within a day or two. I have not heard back from them as of yet. I would never recommend this company."

"Horrific experience with this vendor. They installed a brand new water heater less than a month ago that doesn’t work. We offered them the option of replacing it with a larger water heater (since they claim the one they installed is too small) and paying the up charge. They refuse to stand behind their work and will neither refund nor replace the new water heater they installed. They only offered a $300 credit towards a replacement despite the fact that the original one they sold us is defective and cost us over $2,000. When my husband called to insist they are being unreasonable, the vendor (who my husband had put on speaker phone so I could hear as well) shouted at him, jacked the price (claiming the original price was “discounted” and they would now be raising the price), and hung up on him!! Worst experience with a vendor in this community since we moved to Quogue 8 years ago. Awful."

"Just moved into a home in E Moriches. We had a slow drip in our shower from day one, that turned into a stream yesterday. Last night I left messages for 3 different plumbing companies to come to repair today. The first company I called who advertises 24 hour emergencies asked who built my house. It was built in the 50’s and I have no idea who built it and what that has to do with making a repair. They said they could not make the repair not knowing this info. I left messages for 2 other companies. They both got back to me first thing this morning offering to make the repair. Mulco said they could definitely come and sent a plumber who was professional, courteous and came wearing a mask, gloves, and put on booties. He had the necessary parts in his truck and repaired it in under an hour. He took the care to align the faucets up properly for ease of operation and appearances. I plan to use them again in the future. The reviews were mixed and I was hesitant, but after such a positive experience would definitely recommend them to others."

"Avoid at all cost. Their fees are absurd and they lack integrity. Had a terrible experience with them a few years back when my pipes burst and this year they charged my 85yr old mother $1,300 to change a switch on a sink disposal. Found out too late that I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with them."
