Luxe Flower

"Ordered and paid for my flowers on the spot Friday 11/03 afternoon, received a credit card transaction receipt , transaction approved, went to pick up my flowers at 6pm Saturday 11/04 and was greeted by a well manners young man who had no clue what I was talking about. He then contacted the young lady I dealt with who told me that on the morning of 11/04 the email said transaction declined, them proceeded to say she tried calling me , then the email said transaction was disputed. I'm very disappointed that this is how ppl do business! I will be going all out for my refund since it was processed from bank account. First time trying this business and definitely the last. You would think as a local business and trying to support local you would get a better service. If only I had read all theses reviews before I wouldn't even step foot in that store!"

"I received flowers on Tuesday and they broken, some half dead and by Wednesday they were all half dead. Have to throw them out today as they are ugly to look at. Called the shop and the person who answered really didn’t know much but said owner would call by 4:00. That came and went and I called again and the worker gave me the owners number which I called and she was rude and said she check and call back in 10 minutes. Well needless to say never got a call back. I don’t know how they stay in business with this attitude and the awful flowers."

"Unprofessional and poor service. I placed an order for 5 arrangements to be delivered on Mother's Days. First, I received a call on 5/7 from an employee of Luxe Flower's asking if she can update ONE of my orders to a "designer choice". I agreed with her option only IF* the arrangement was similar to the design I had chosen. The arrangements delivered to the recipients were not only completely different (see photos below) than what was advertised on their website (see photos below) BUT majority of the flowers were dying. I called the next day to see how we could resolve the issues with my orders. The owner was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional, stating she would not be issuing any refunds. She told me to come by her shop to "see how fresh her flowers are". This business should be ashamed."
