"This was the second time I used this cleaners; first time was good. I brought an expensive rain jacket with torn sleeve cuff piece to be reattached . The repair had lots of visible random looking extra stitching, the inner lining was bunched up and it looked very unprofessional. When I showed it to person behind the counter she said I wasn’t charged much and it would have been more to do it right. They did not offer me that option when I brought garment in. I now have to undo what they did."

"Too bad "0" is not an option! THE WORST. We were longtime customers. A few months ago the lost a sports jacket I brought to be cleaned. They claimed it was never there. It is nowhere to be found in my house. I brought it to be cleaned with my wife's dress which was returned. I let it go as the jacket was a bit older. Everyone makes mistakes as well. I brought a Barneys cashmere sweater to be dry cleaned 2 weeks ago. It was baggy. When I tried to put it on I could not even get into it. I brought it back and they would take no responsibility. the story of why it shrunk changed 3 times in 5 minutes. the owners then smelled it and said it had been washed (3rd story). I wore the sweater in early January and literally took it off me as I walked into the dry cleaner. If it was washed they were responsible. They are liars who take no responsibility for their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!!!!!"
