"Will never use this company again. Palms never received. Called and spoke to a man who told me I should have them by friday, 2 days later than expected. He sounded unsure but I still agreed to the change....I immediately began looking for other stores and was thankfully able to find someone less than 10 minutes away! To date when I pull up the tracking number it says that it is still in pre transit...Since March 17th?"

"Extremely disappointed. We have been ordering palms from here for several years and they have always arrived on the expected date. This year, I placed the order on March 5th and requested a delivery date of April 10th. I received a confirming email on March 6th advising me a tracking number would be forthcoming. As of yet I have not received a tracking number, nor have I received my order. I logged into the site and there is no tracking number shown nor does it appear the order has shipped. I have called 3 times to check on my order and sent two emails. There is no response to the emails and the calls go to what appears to be their overflow reception area. Unfortunately the reps answering the calls have no answers; all they can do is pass the message on to the warehouse. It is now 2:56 on Thursday, April 11th. Palm Sunday is just days away and we don't have palms nor can we get anyone from this company that has any information to respond. This will be my last time ordering with Palm Distributors."
