"After using this business for over 10 years, Hampton Bays Village Cleaners recently over -charged us for alterations and other dry cleaning services . We didn’t appreciate the extent of the issue until we decided , after being confronted with an excessive invoice for alterations, to use other local cleaners whose prices were not only much more reasonable but which provided better quality control. In retrospect, we should have changed cleaners a long time ago to a businrss which had a better appreciation for its customers!"

I took to wearing the comically oversized coat like a robe. I decided to get it cleaned. What came back was good as new and miraculously right-sized.
