"We have used this company for at least 15yrs. 2-3 yrs ago they replaced a shower diverter for our daughters bathroom. It literally just never worked. The shower has not been used since. They have been to the house 2-3 times since to repair it, and each time we have been charged and each time they they say it works. Finally in Oct they said its broke again and needs to be replaced. It's a BRAND NEW PART essentially as no one has showered in there since the diverter was installed. Hardy refuses to discuss this and insists that we just have to replace the part again. We have been loyal to them and this is how they reciprocate?"
