"Decent size parking lot. Huge industrial machines that get the job done. THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS! Staff was friendly. If you're anywhere in the Hamptons and you need a laundromat like I did then this place is definitely worth the drive. Machines are fairly priced too. Open late which is awesome. Cold AC! I can't recommend this place highly enough."
"As a local resident, it feels you have exited the Hamptons and into Latin world. The atmosphere has Spanish TV- loud and not the tidiest for what I consider Southampton to present. Not all the machines are cleaned and many are overloaded with detergent. The host is not the friendliest either. Instead of cleaning a machine, she'll hand you the rag instead."
"Never come to this laundry place on wednesdays, the workers here are straight ignorant and very demanding. Some of my clothes are still soaked because the ignorant worker rushed me aggressively and didn’t let me finish with my clothes, I have been in this laundry for years and never have I ever been treated so poorly. This needs urgent change as soon as possible or a report will be issued with higher authority."
"Snow White drop-off service is perfect for peak summer overload. Modesta, the young lady who manages the cash register during the day, is always professional and cheerful. She works long hours, with a smile and a wonderful attitude. I hope her boss is reading this. Thank you, Modesta."
"I’m from outta town doing laundry. The dryer says .35 cents but it’s actually .37 cents. (Noted on the low resolution laundry card validator only in tiny print) So now I have a card with .31 cents and wet clothes. You have to add a dollar minimum so it’s another dollar to do my laundry and now I have a laundry card with .94 cents that I’ll never need again. Attendant could care less. Like put a sign up. No one is going to read the card validator when it says .35 in giant green LED’s. Thanks for the incompetence in maintaining your equipment."
