"Dissatisfied experience, bait and switch, will not be coming to this dry cleaners anymore. Went there to get my pants hemmed, lady states its $13 and gave me a reciept. When i went the next day to pick my pants up she states she will have to charge me $2 more because it took longer than expected to do my pants ! Doesn’t hemming pants take no longer than an hour at most, anyways, gave me reciept for 1 price and charged me more when i went to pick up the pants. Lost a customer."

"Called ahead to ask for the tailor. Person on the phone said she would be leaving soon even though it was 1pm. I said I could go somewhere else but they said they could do a quick tuxedo measurement for me. I came in and the tailor said that she didn't know how to measure for a tuxedo, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. She said they she didn't know what types of measurements would be needed for a tux. And then my girlfriend goes in to try and get an alteration for a dress and she was told that they couldn't do that as well. What does this lady even do? Do not come here for measurements or alterations, it's a waste of time. Haven't used their cleaning services to be fair."

"I went here because they had convenient hours. They were very nice and polite. I asked for something to be sewn on and pressed and they came back with stains. I asked them to remove the stain because they weren't on there before hand and they said they wouldn't charge me. They then proceed to charge me and wouldn't accommodate me in anyway. I will not be coming back."

"We brought our christening gown thats more than 30 years old to be cleaned and fixed for my niece. They did a wonderful job cleaning it and fixing it. Matched the lace and made it look just like it did. Couldn't be happier."

"We recently took a beautiful $1,000 Madeline Weinrib cotton carpet for cleaning at this place. They completely ruined it: The edges were frayed from where they hung it to dry, the color was washed out, it shrunk significantly. When we asked the owners' son to make good on their mistake, he was peevish and inconsiderate and refused acknowledge the damage. This may have been a good place when the parents were running it. But the new generation of management is not only incompetent, but rude and not customer-focused. Based on our experience, we warn anyone who is thinking about using this establishment, BEWARE. Do not trust them with any valuable items, you will be sorry."
