"Brought my coat to get the zipper fixed and stitch a hole. Owner asked if "my husband was a handyman" and could fix the zipper. I DON'T HAVE A HUSBAND. Said he would fix the my zipper but no stitches. Three days later picked it up and the zipper track is still broken and it only goes up halfway. A literal waste of money and time. Go elsewhere. They don't seem to want new business or do the work."

"Came here an hour after they opened. No one was up front. Waited 10 minutes before I called them to let them know I’m there. Someone picked up but I could not hear or understand them. Waited 10 more 10 minutes for someone to come out and no one did. Waited there more than 20 minutes to not even be acknowledge."

"I went in to get a pair of jeans hemmed. The owner who is there everyday measured me, I asked him to save and reattach the original bottoms. Which is a common practice and I have other jeans from other tailors that have done it. He said no problem. I get the jeans back and the original bottoms were not saved. He said it's the same, which it was not. I told him he ruined a brand new pair of jeans and I want the money I paid for the jeans. He refused. Please find yourself a better tailor."

"If you need something tailored / fitted then this is the place to go. I've had suits, dress shirts and many pairs of pants tailored from here and everything has always fit perfectly. The owner really makes you feel appreciated by getting to know your name. I highly recommend this place!"

"DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! The most unprofessional and worst customer service place. I took my suit jacket there to get two buttons fixed and when I picked it up the buttons were cracked. So I asked how did this happen and the Old Asian man said that it wasn't there fault, that they didn't do it. That my jacket was cheap or made in China and went on with excuses being very rude and defensive. This place is ridiculous, experience, and slow!"
