"Brand new place with cheap machines. Machine got clogged the Wednesday I had to leave on vacation and I told the lady working there I won’t be able to pick up the clothes until the following Tuesday and I left my phone number for them to contact me but I said I will most likely be unavailable until Tuesday and the lady said she would have it washed dried and folded for me when I return tuesday . When I call to check up on Sunday I’m told my stuff was thrown out and when I return I speak to the owner and he tells the clothes was removed Friday and thrown out Tuesday and he tells me he can’t reimburse me because he has a rule of clothes being un attended for 5 days are thrown out and I tell him if he removed them on Friday and threw them out on Sunday that’s 2 days he’s not making any sense and he tells me he can’t help me if That doesn’t make sense to me. I asked him now what and he tells me it’s not his problem. Now I’m out $400 for trusting what they told me that they would have it ready for me Tuesday"
"This place is crazy . We have being customer from the beginning we used dropped off service. At the beginning everything was great . Now that the days pass they are charming more money . If you need them to fold your cloth you have to pay extra. If yoy want the cloth to be separate you pay extra. You bring a swaddler blanket they charge $7 for it . And thats crazy I understand charging for an big blanket/comforter but for a baby blanket thats crazy . Not bringing my cloth to this place. At the beginning for new customer everything its perfect and after you are a client they sub-charge. Aways check the receive."
