"This woman who works here was disrespectful she was rude didn’t help and the machine wasn’t working good didn’t wash all the soap and there dryer wasn’t drying good she was smoking inside the laundry and it’s smell like cigarettes"
"Rude as lady she isn’t respectful at all and the clothes was done with soap on it and she didn’t help at all am not coming here again"
"Lazy and rude. Woman walks around on the phone speaking loudly the whole time on speaker and has an attitude while helping customers. Completely walks away while a pregnant woman is asking for help! It’s clear the inside just needs to be wiped out you can tell by the drip residue."
"I wish I checked out the reviews before I went there. That’s the worst place to go to. I got scared, I didn’t even dry my clothes, I waited for the washer to stop, grabbed my stuff and left. They gotta shut this place down"
"Lots of opinions on here so I'll just post the facts. I just recently started coming here again since I live right down the block. Couple years back they used to lock the doors after 10pm to keep the crackheads out. Not sure about now but because of that I've started going eariler. Between 12pm and 9pm. During the day there are people that aren't doing laundry that hang out there. You got spanish people that use the money and international phone phone services there so during the afternoons if you need to fold try to avoid the front lobby tables. Last time they just started huddling around me waiting and talking.. wierd when you gotta fold your underwear lmao. They are meetups and homeless but they usually stay away from the tables if people are using them. You got some sleeping at the arcade machines. Sometimes you'll get white kids asking for money or trying to sell you fast food haha. But overall pretty harmless stuff. They do have cops patrolling the area more. Sometimes they'll do a walkthru. They got vending machines for snacks and ice cream. The ice cream tho is Hersey brand and I just got a chocolate elcair the other day and they are pretty cheap they barely got anything on it. It's not the good humor brand from the ice cream trucks . They just use the logo and pictures. They have updated machines now for use with a laundry card. Every 10$ Cash you get a dollar credit . But you van use credit card but there's a interest charge on it. The machines are gettin old and there's some dirty streaking when taking the clothes out. So gettin so bigger machines are harder that work. The buttons for choices like heavy wash are broken on some so check first that it lights up before puttin your clothes in. Some machines also charge more money when selecting different cycles . You'll see the pricing change when selecting. Also the timers are broken. It says 27 minutes but when my alarm went off it was at 12 minutes still . And after waiting 5 minutes it went down to 11. So add an additional 10 to 15 minutes to your total wash display time. Maybe it was just that machine but they have all been alittle off. The dryers are about 40 cents per 10 minutes. Little expensive. Compared to other places with free drying but the machines are more expensive. About 6$ for the small machine. 7 for medium. 9$ for the larger machines and 9 to 12$ for the largest like for sheets depending on the setting. They got like 3 different areas. If they're people hanging out go to another area. If you want your pick of the machines go after dark. There's going to be random people no matter what. But they don't cause no trouble. It's usually the people doing laundry that she most obnoxious or talk smack and like to be loud. Or stare at you cause they're bored. This area is more crazy but if you mind your business you'll be alright."
