"These guys were the best! Very efficient, cleaning up the flood and then cleaning up after themselves. Very conscientious about the furniture, covering everything up. Definitely recommend them if you have a disaster (mine was a flood in office) and you need someone to clean it up quick!"

Not only were they super helpful and pleasant while I was in the throes of a post-fire cleanout of my home, they went the extra mile when I could not find an expensive item several months later. As I went through boxes in the various rooms of my home, after repairs and reconstruction were complete, I could not find an antique wall clock. They offered to pay for it's replacement! While I was working on documenting it's value - I FOUND IT! (As it turns out it was packed into a box I thought was too small, and had gotten moved into another room.) Their willingness to treat me well made it so easy to call up and say "Please don't send me any money!" "So far, 5 stars to Servpro of Patchogue, specifically Avery, Bill, Sean, Sal, and Eileen, who quickly took care of scheduling everything. They were all professional, polite, and answered questions when asked. Bill, Sean and Sal were careful with removing the water damaged materials and setting up the drying machines, then cleaned the floors, etc., of any dust on their way out. They explained the process and worked quickly to get it done. I am hopeful that the remainder of the process of working with them will go just as smoothly!"
