"My experience with the woman working tonight was nothing short of distasteful. If you get paid for a service, the least to be expected is that when you answer the phone and are asked what time your place of employment closes, give a proper answer. This sad excuse for an employee gave me a response of “I don’t know”. It’s perplexing that a grown adult had a response that even an elementary school student could have blown out of the water. If you own a business then please hire people that Atleast use 1/10 of their brain."

"Some people are saying the staff here are rude. Not my experience. The staff were very helpful, and polite. The card is only two dollars. The card makes is eazy. You don't have to load quarters 3 to four time. There's some machines that are down and needing repairs. Other then that it's not a bad place to do laundry."

"Place is not that clean. Dryers used to be free. Now you have to use a card for everything, that has initial charge for. Also, if you are not comfortable being around maskless people during a pandemic, don't go here. Place used to be my go to. Looking elsewhere now."

"Machines always broken. Dryers take forever when they work at all. Drunk and high customers loitering all the time. My final straw was having to watch someone shooting up while I entered with my laundry. Never again."
