"The place is small and the manager is rude and loud. People use the machines to wash their pet stuff so when you use them your clothes ends with pet hairs on it. When bring the issue to the manager, this dark hair lady, she just ignores you and get lauder totally disrespectful, they removed your clothes from the machine even when you are there waiting for it and she gives you this nasty attitude, I rather to wash my clothes by hands than going back to that place with this nasty, rude and loud “manager”"

"For some reason the employee with the big trip pick up truck likes to park it in front of the entrance making it difficult to get by with your laundry into the door. Most of the dryers had towels in them.I'm pretty sure they were from a patron that did not come and get them, but nobody removed them either.Making it difficult to Is dry my clothes. The tops of the machines had soap powder all over them and so did the folding tables.The baskets were full of dryer sheets and garbage.The first time I went there.I fell in love with that laundromat, but I will never go back there again.I suggest you don't either"

"They have gone as touchless as they can. The refillable laundry cards. It cost. 3 dollars to initiate the card but if you have a tap credit card, the only thing you have to touch is the screen. The laundry itself is small but the people who run it are always there helpful if you need instruction. It costs me about 20 dollars for a family of. They have a drop off service as well. Their detergent or yours. They fold and bag it. They wear masks and gloves. Open at 7 am seven days a week. Last load 830 pm. Same day pick up if you drop off. 15 for 10 lbs, 1.50 per pound. An average family of four they say is probably about 45 lbs."

"This place has gone down the drain (no pun intended). A large majority of the washing machines and dryers are broken, and the new owner has no real interest in helping you when you have a problem. The place is falling apart....no heat in the winter, no AC in the summer, your clothes are very very wet after the spin cycle and they don't dry in the dryer because it doesn't get hot enough even on the highest setting. DO NOT GO THERE ANYMORE. Its better you drive just a bit further into town and use another Laundromat."
