"I’m Very disappointed!! They ruined a very expensive suit last week. I bought it to there attention and they wouldn’t even talk to me. The owner kept saying “ No we didn’t do it” they definitely did it. They don’t stand by their work at all. I will never go back. !!"

"So I brought in a down puffer jacket that was pretty new but the zipper had broken. I decided to go to Aida’s as their Google reviews are stellar. When I was dropping it off, the owner asked “would you like it DRY CLEANED also?” I figured might as well. So I was charged the price for dry cleaning. When I picked up the jacket it didn’t appear all that clean and there were small pieces of down feather and feathers all over the inside of the jacket and a significant amount on the outside. I check the tag inside the jacket and it says DO NOT dry clean. I was going to just let it go and wear tge jacket anyway. However, by the 4th day of wearing it, the situation with the feathers leaking out of the jacket was not improving and I was getting tired of trying to get the lint it was getting on my sweaters. I can’t carry a lint brush everywhere I go. Lol I brought the jacket back and told the owner about the situation. “Oh well we didn’t dry clean it! We put it in the washing machine!” was the response she gave me. Wonderful! She charged me $25 for a service I could have done myself at home! To make matters worse she notices a gaping hole where the zipper was put in! So the seamstress did a hack job on top of it all! I have to go back again to pick it up.. we’ll see how it comes out. After I left I thought about it and felt like I should get a refund for the dry cleaning. I called and the owner said “I’ll give you your money back!!! And abruptly hung up without saying bye! Nice! Needless to say I will not be coming back here after I get my coat back !"
