"Would be great if the employees weren't awful. They won't even let you fold clothes with 30 minutes to closing time because, "I don ha tyme for da." Read it as it sounds, that's the illerticy there on top of it all. I thought of going to Myra but based on other reviews, probably won't get me anywhere. She's just as nasty and apparently steals people's clothes or at the very least covers up for the employees that do. So as long as you're not impeeding on the staff's life I guess it's fine... But I'm not trying to revolve my schedule around theirs, it should be the other way around!"

"The owner of this laundromat is a dishonest woman, with no manners at all. One of the items that I left with them 6 weeks ago was lost by the Laundromat. It is a special Piece of clothing that my doctor has me wear because of a medical condition. Every week I go in and ask about this item and they don’t know who has it or whatever. This has been going on for 6 weeks trying to get this item back which I paid for. I went there this morning, and was tolld Myra, the owner, would be there today at 9 am. I called at am, and was told she had not arrived yet. I called again at around 11 am and was told she was still not there. I told the woman on the phone, would she please give me the owner’s direct number so I can speak with her myself. The woman who answered the phone then tells Myra my message. Myra was there all the time, but would not get on the phone with me. She lied to me and so did the employees at the Laundromat. I called back and she hung up on me 3x, and the 4th time I called back, she started barking like a dog literally. This is a woman who owns a business. She is dishonest, rude and lied to me over one item which I gave them 6 weeks ago. She refuses to pay for the item. I have been going there for over 10 years, but with behavior like hers, I would be ashamed of myself if I ever gave her business again."

"Reasonable pricing, my clothes came out super bright and white. Very happy with the machines, I used the two biggest sizes and the dryers are great. Will def be coming back here. The woman helped me with my detergent needs etc bc I was a little lost with the machines but with her direction my clothes came out WAY whiter and brighter than my washer and dryer at home."

"My boyfriend and I got there before 8pm, which is the last wash. A very rude and unprofessional employee began screaming at us in front of the other customers because she wanted to go home early. Wonder if she's getting paid for that extra hour that she plans on being closed. Not all of the employees are rude, my boyfriend has gone there a few times and the other ladies were very nice. I will be calling the owners and letting rhem know that they can thank their rude employee for losing our business."
