"Lost my dress shirt that cost 100. I counted it in front of her when I gave it in she marked it as two. When I came back to pick up she only gave me 1. I asked about it and she stated that she counted wrong (impossible because we counted together) she claimed the outside company she uses also counted 1 and when she showed me her receipt from them there was a 2 but then it was crossed out and showed 1. When I asked, she said they crossed it out not her. Ridiculous. Do not use unless you are ok with stuff getting lost. Also this was the 2nd time she lost something."

"Never been to a dry cleaner with more than a one day turnaround until I came here. Brought in 4 basic items (pants, shirt, jackets) and was told they wouldn't be done for 5 days. The woman was rude as well and prices were ridiculous! I will never go back to this place."

"I brought my silk wedding dress to Kings Park Cleaners. I was told the slight stains that were on the bottom could be removed. I had to come back 3 times and each time there were new stains that were not originally on my dress, and my dress was left in a wrinkled ball when it was supposed to be pressed. What is worse is the HORRIFIC customer service that I endured. I was verbally abused by the employees here. They made me cry, and almost ruined my wedding dress. I was afraid to pick up my dress alone because the employees were so aggressive. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this business! They do not stand behind their product, are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting and should not be dealing with the public!"
