"Absolutely horrible customer service. Pending police report. Driver tried to open up the door and "leave the package inside". If it werent for my dogs, he wouldve been inside. I called and the guy flipped me off saying we were ungrateful because they didnt want to leave the package outside. Yet the driver never even rang the doorbell nor knocked."

"Very tasty, fresh fruit was used! This was a gift, the Santa clad man who delivered it was very cheerful! Neatly arranged and was delivered to me on Christmas Eve!"

"This is the first time I have had issues with an edible arrangement order and I am usually a huge fan. I received a box of chocolate covered strawberries on Sat at 2pm and opened the box at 2:15pm only to find rotting strawberries inside. I had to stop my 1 year old from eating one as I saw white fungus under the chocolate on the strawberries. I called the shop and spoke to the owner, Omar to inform him as I was disappointed and he was extremely defensive and didn’t seem to care! He was adamant that this doesn’t happen. Well it did, and you have been warned! Only order from here if you want your recipient to be disappointed and sick!"

"I ordered a fruit bouquet for my husband. It was our anniversary, and i called last minute, almost to closing time, however the gentleman on the phone had all the patients in the world for me, he walked me thru the process and told me, the delivery might be later than expected, however.. they delivered super fast. I was beyond happy with the fruits, they were amazing, thank you so much, i wish i knew the person who helped me by name, but he knows how thankful i am."

"When someone is paying $75 for a product, they expect a good quality but instead we got a supposed freshly made on the same day arrangement. The arrangement barely looked like the picture in their website. The strawberries weren't fresh and some of the grapes were rotten."
