"Today I arrived to the laundromat mat that I have been using periodically from time to time over the past year for wash and fold services I was greeted by an older gentleman whom I have never seen before but stated he was the owner. I answered the business with one large bag of laundry and then proceeded to let him know that I had three additional bags of laundry this is not uncommon for me to drop off multiple bags as I have done this in the past with other representatives in the business however after I brought all four bags into the place he told me the laundry would not be done for a week. I said it wasn’t a problem as i was in no rush for the clothing. He then said well it may not be a week again I proceeded to say either way take the time you need as I am in no rush. Not sure how or why my compliance then changed to him finally saying “actually you know what, I think I’m just gonna have to say we can’t do it.” Of course annoyed that he would go through all those different changes in less than 5 minutes I said to him why wouldn’t you say that prior to me lugging all the bags in that you just couldn’t do it? When I asked for his name he stated “I OWN THE PLACE and refused to give his name”. The lack of professionalism to say the least was disgusting! To say you can do it in the beginning, then when you realize the volume of laundry you back down with not even a apologetic demeanor lacks customer service to say the least. Now I will repeat I have been there on several occasions and am usually greeted by a younger male who never turned me away due to the amount of laundry. In fact, I have told them always take their time and call when it is ready with no pressure. Not only will I never return, but as a business that is not even overly busy you’d think they would want a customer bringing them business of the very thing they should specialize in which is washing clothes."

"OMG! I am blown away! This has got to be Th Best laundromat drop off service in town. I brought my clothes in bag that were ripped and bursting at the seams. We I returned to pick them up I couldn’t believe my eyes. Not only were they nicely folded, the were organized, and smelt amazing. Every piece of clothing was returned to me. (I checked) The customer service is above and beyond. The attendant/owner helped my put my bags in the car and took great care of me. I felt as though they really valued me as a customer. I will bring all my towels, blankets, and comforters to them from now on. They just changed my life. I can finally have my weekends back. Great job!!! I’ll be back next week."
