"It's ok I guess, the machine had old fabric softener already in the liquid detergent spot and didn't drain. They are over priced I guessed because free dryer, but that was false also, it charged my card to dry too."

"Well the day before St Patrick's day I dropped off a few bags of laundry for my family and I specifically requested my laundry be separate due to I didnt wanna deal with the mixup of my clothes and families . My bag of clothes had a total of 8 pairs of Jean's along with other items.When I came the nexts day to pick up my clothes all the bags of clothes I came to retrieve was there to be picked up except mine. Finally with some searching my bag of laundry was found outside in a cart with laundry already done. When opening my bag I realize 7 out of the 8 pairs of Jean's missing . I began complaing but communications is horrible as no one speaks English, finally they gave me the number to manager or owner. I called several times as well texts explaining the dilemma,I refused to leave and was there about two hrs when he finally responds stating that he is Irish and that it's St Patrick's day he is at a bar and will call me the nexts day to discuss. I of course complained stating we have a dilemma at your establishment and that your more concerned about partying then rectifying an issue at your place of business ? Well it's about a month later and still no call and I'm out 7 pairs of Jean's due to the mishap. Don't do drop off service at this location ! You've been warned !"

"This used to be one of my go to laundry. But for what I see it went downhill, There’s garbage everywhere ! The machines are dirty, half of the machines aren’t working and to MENTION they always let drunk ppl just chill in with the regular customers that’s really unprofessional I want to do laundry in peace don’t need to feel uncomfortable with people like that. NEVER coming here again I suggest you people do too with better customer service and A CLEAN environment…"
