"Two stars due to proximity, contactless payment, and an area to grab a refreshment or snack during your visit, however, this facility is very small, the folding area is quite small as well and at least 5 machines have been tagged with post-it notes to alert customers they are out of order. A sign on every machine says: lint compartment must be cleaned daily. However, I don't think that that's being done. Customers aren't allowed to clean the lint machine as each compartment must be opened with a key by the employee. There's no way of knowing if the machine you've chosen has been cleaned. It costs $.25 per each 5-minute drying cycle. Washers run from $4.50 to $10.00 per cycle. One of the machines I used went one full wash cycle and started running a new cycle immediately afterward. The detergent compartments are cakey; daily maintenance isn't being done. The attendant had to speed it up manually to end that cycle. Yet another machine didn't have running water and that had to be manually turned on to start the washing cycle. The only noticeable place to sit is on a rusted bench near the exit of the back of the facility. No thanks. There are other options in the area I can visit. First and last time here."
"There is no place to sit, the folding tables are small, I only saw one person tending the place and I didn't like the hygiene of the machines, they had too much powdered detergent residue, it was obvious at a glance that they are not cleaned daily."
