"Got to the Landry at 8pm and was told they close at 9pm and last load is at 7pm. Online it says they close at 10pm so I thought I had plenty of time. I walked with two bags to get here. So inconvenient. The clerk made it a point to show me the time on the window that had paper over the original time of 10pm. Please change it to made it more professional and two please update your times so people don’t make the same mistake"
"They lose clothes constantly and denied it they do not take their job seriously.They lost a whole bag of my laundry and told me that I never brought it there.I was standing there with the receipt in hand and they were rude and nasty and unprofessional.They are known for losing clothes and damaging them Avoid this place it's a problem.I don't see them lasting."
"My father and I sent our laundry there And for the second time they have lost our jackets and other clothes. When we went in to confront them one of the girls proceeded to call my father stupid and rudely declined when we ask for the owners name and number. These people are so xtremly unprofessional and shouldn't be cleaning anyone's clothes all they can do it lose your belongings then call you stupid for confronting them."
